The client wanted to fully modernize an aging brownstone while maintaining its architectural charm. The scope included updating the layout, upgrading all interior finishes, renovating the kitchen and bathrooms, and creating a cohesive, contemporary design throughout the home.
We executed a full-scale renovation starting with structural updates and layout improvements to enhance space efficiency and flow. The interior was completely redesigned with modern finishes while preserving key brownstone elements. We delivered a fully upgraded kitchen with custom cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash, along with modernized bathrooms featuring new tiles, vanities, and fixtures. New flooring was installed throughout, complemented by detailed trim, baseboards, and molding. Electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded to current standards, and the project was completed with professional taping, plastering, sanding, priming, and painting—resulting in a seamless transformation from an outdated space to a refined, modern home.
