The client required a comprehensive interior remodel including bedroom structural work, upgraded kitchen and bathroom finishes, new plumbing lines, modern staircase replacement, and a complete interior refinishing for improved functionality and aesthetics.
We completed bedroom framing, insulation, and sheetrock installation, along with tile work, baseboards, and trim. The kitchen was upgraded with new floor tiles and backsplash installation. The bathroom renovation included cement board, waterproof sheetrock, and new tiles on both floor and ceiling, along with installation of a vanity, toilet, and hardware. Plumbing systems were enhanced with new hot and cold water lines for the kitchen, bathroom, and washer. We also carried out a full stair remodel by demolishing the existing structure and installing new stairs, railings, and banisters. The entire space was finished with taping, plastering, sanding, priming, and painting.
