The client required a full-scale renovation involving structural framing, interior refinishing, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, new staircase installation, hardwood flooring, detailed trim work, and roof maintenance to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
We completed framing and Sheetrock installation across both floors, followed by taping, plastering, sanding, priming, and painting for a smooth finish. The project included full kitchen and bathroom renovations, installation of new oak stairs with railings and banisters, oak wood flooring, and detailed baseboard and crown molding. Additionally, roofing work was carried out with a protective silver coating to improve durability and performance.
